We are all getting even more creative with the demand of hiring and staffing the restaurants. The urgency to get candidates live and in person and hired is high! This meeting will include topics covering National (one-day) hiring events, college recruiting, virtual events, and Veteran hiring and more! There will be a guest speaker and then smaller breakout sessions to share ideas, best practices, and tactics that we can brainstorm further to have more success with management and non-management hires.

◦This meeting is being presented by Jennifer Brooks. Jen is the Director of Field Staffing for Texas Roadhouse and its sister concepts Bubba’s 33 and Jagger’s. She works in close partnership across departments with a focus of supporting Operators on all staffing needs including selection and deployment of technology, new and innovative processes and sometimes the basics of recruiting and staffing as well.
